But if you prefer you can use a simple saline wash. You can make your own or purchase a commercial product. Be sure the product you choose doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives.
Zymox is my ear cleaner of choice. But there are others. I’ve used Pro-Ear in a grooming salon. Nutri-Vet and Oxyfresh are other popular brands. You can just use witch hazel as well.

Grooming Products Not to Use on Your Hairless Cats
Dish Soap or Human Shampoos
These products will strip the oils from her skin and leave her prone to allergic reactions, flakey skin, and irritations. Which can lead to the next product you should not use on your hairless cat.
Conditioners or Moisturizers
Unless your vet recommends it, you shouldn’t need to add conditioners or moisturizers to your hairless cat’s grooming routine. If you really feel he needs something, stick with a light coating of coconut oil, or the conditioner from ReNewed Pets Nudie Naturals line.
Colognes or Finishing Products Not Designed for Hairless Cats
Hairless cats can have a stronger odor than other cats. But resist the urge to use a pet cologne. There are too many chemicals. Remember Kitty will ingest whatever is on her skin.
Waterless or Rinseless Bath or Foam Products
Adding products to a dirty cat and leaving it for Kitty to lick off will not help her stay clean in the long run and might make her sick.
It is possible to keep your kitty in good condition by using the best grooming products for hairless cats and a consistent weekly grooming routine.
